As part of our future growth strategy we are creating 2 new Branch Manager positions to take responsibility of their respective divisions within our company that will compliment, enhance and drive forward our existing team.

Skills
Reporting to the Operations Director the Industrial Branch Manager will take full responsibility for this £multi-million division. Key attributes that the successful applicant must demonstrate include;
Ability to influence and lead an established, successful team
Highest level of customer service delivery
Excellent communication skills
Commercial awareness
Devise and implement strategies to build on existing business partnerships
Ability to recognise and act on potential business development opportunities

Experience
Previous experience in the recruitment industry at Senior Consultant / Branch Manager level or equivalent is essential
