Resourcer
Location: : Manchester - Manchester
Rate: £ 15 to £ 18 K (full-time (per year))
This key role acts as support to established Consultants, usually at senior level or above and allows recruits to become involved in service delivery without taking a client facing function. The role reports to the Managing Consultant / Mentor.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Candidate Generation
- Initial review of all CV’s and contact of possible candidates
- Job Boards to identify suitable cv’s
- Review of all registrations from website
- Full notes on any possible candidates, then reviewed with Consultant
- Arranging interviews to meet candidate
- Client Interview paperwork Job Profiles / Descriptions
General Support, freeing Consultants time to place candidates and develop business
• Candidate name gathering.
• Making cold approaches to targeted candidates (script prepared with assistance from senior colleague)
• Fully utilise the company’s database
• To arrange interviews, sometimes sequences of interviews between clients and candidates.
• To fill positions (Temp or Perm).
• To fully adhere to the companies QA procedures
• To manage and keep the candidate database “clean”
Qualifiers to the position of Resourcing Consultant:
• Able to take a job order & brief from a Consultant or client, and carry out sufficient research to plan a search campaign.
• Able to approach a candidate to qualify them against a requirement.
• Consistently to achieve candidate sourcing related targets
• Good timekeeping and make an active contribution to the culture and spirit of the business.
• To maintain an acceptable standard of behaviour in the business
• To consistently exceed activity targets.
• A full understanding of the capabilities and utilisation of procedures & techniques.
• Able to conduct face-to-face interview of candidates without assistance of Senior Consultant
