YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
A strong sales/business development background in a technical discipline within engineering or production discipline
Capable of building long term partnerships to increase sales revenue
Strong key account management skills
A consultative approach to be able to understand technical matters within an engineering/production environment
Proven track record of developing sales/new business over the telephone and face to face
Team player with a strong emphasis on cross-selling
The ability to work closely with other sales/business development focussed individuals
IDEALLY YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Be adept at planning your own working diary effectively to achieve sales targets
Have a strong track record in a sales/business development role in a technical field
A good standard of education
Experience in an internal or external sales environment is essential for this role
Strong administration skills
ROLE INFORMATION:
This is a very varied and busy sales/business development role with the opportunity of excellent career prospects.
You will have interaction with clients and candidates on a daily basis and the opportunity of running a desk in one of our fastest growing divisions within the organisation.
