Location: : Leeds City Centre - Leeds

As a Consultant you will:
• Build and develop a recently established desk to maximise business and income for the branch
• Continually develop the client base and recruitment opportunities through active sales techniques
• Keep abreast of market trends and changes and to tailor sales activity accordingly
• Utilise proactive methods of job searching with candidates
The ideal Consultant will hold the following skills and experiences:
• Service driven and passionate about providing the best levels of consultancy
• Proven track record of successful business development in temporary recruitment
• Proactive and able to consistently achieve targets and KPIs
• Strong communication skills
• Hard working and tenacious
• Professional
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C and above including Maths and English
You will be required to work from 9.00am-5.30 pm Monday to Friday.
In return you will receive a salary of up to £25,000 depending on skills and experiences with a generous OTE and provide regular additional incentives, with 22 days holiday plus a day off for your Birthday. The company offer generous commission and provide healthcare and a contributory pension.
